Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a Monetize Mode product isn't right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you bought the Playbook, the Pro Toolkit or the bundle and it isn't what you hoped for, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you ordered with, or your order number. You don't need to give a reason, although feedback helps us improve.

We refund the full amount you paid, including any tax, to your original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of your request, and usually much sooner. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What happens after a refund

Your license to use the refunded product ends, so please delete your copies. A bundle is refunded as a whole. We may decline repeat refund requests for the same product.

After 14 days

We don't normally refund purchases after 14 days. Your legal rights are separate from this guarantee and are not affected: if a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, tell us at any time and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

Download problems

If your download link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, check your spam folder first, then email us. We'll resend it.

The free checklist

The Monetization Readiness Checklist is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.

Payment disputes

If something has gone wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We can almost always sort it out faster.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights as a consumer. If you live in the UK or EU, you have a legal 14-day right to cancel most online purchases; our guarantee gives you the same 14 days and applies even after you have downloaded the files.
