These terms apply when you use monetizemode.com or buy a Monetize Mode product. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
Monetize Mode is operated by Blue Dragon Solutions, 1-458, 39 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7JN, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Our products
We sell digital guides and tools about growing a YouTube channel: the Monetization Readiness Checklist (free), the Monetize Mode Playbook, and the Pro Toolkit with its Watch-Hour Tracker spreadsheet. They are delivered as downloadable files (PDF and .xlsx). You need software that can open those formats. Nothing is shipped physically.
3. Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and may charge a fee.
Checkout, payment and file delivery are handled by Payhip and its payment partners (such as Stripe and PayPal). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order is accepted when the payment succeeds and your download link is sent to you.
4. Your license
When you buy or download a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own channel or channels. You may keep copies on your own devices and print pages for your own use.
You may not resell, share, publish, upload or distribute the products or substantial parts of them, pass them off as your own, or give your download link to anyone else. If a team or business wants to use a product, each person needs their own copy.
5. No guarantee of results
Our products are educational. They describe strategies and summarize YouTube's published rules as we understood them at the time of writing. YouTube decides who is accepted into the YouTube Partner Program and can change its rules, thresholds and features at any time. Always confirm current requirements in YouTube Studio and the YouTube Help Center.
We do not promise that you will be accepted into the YouTube Partner Program, reach any number of subscribers, views or watch hours, or earn any amount of money. Results depend on your content, effort, niche and many things outside our control. Examples in our products are illustrations, not typical or promised results.
Nothing we publish is legal, tax or financial advice.
6. Not affiliated with YouTube
Monetize Mode is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
7. Refunds
Paid products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The products, this website and their text, design and graphics belong to Blue Dragon Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Apart from the license in section 4, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping of its content for republication, and no use that breaks the law. The calculator on the site gives estimates only, based on the numbers you enter.
We link to third-party services such as Payhip and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or how they operate.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights if digital content is faulty or not as described, and these terms do not reduce them.
Subject to that: we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses such as lost profits, revenue or opportunity; and our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes
We may update our products, prices and these terms. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of that country and may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
